Who We Are?


Craig Button – TSN

Craig Button grew up in a hockey family as his dad Jack started the NHL Central Scouting Registry after a long career as a hockey executive, while his mother Bridget was the secretary of long time Leafs GM George ‘Punch’ Imlach. 


Button started his hockey career as a scout with the Minnesota North Stars in 1988. He followed the franchise to Dallas where as Director of Player Personnel. He played a key role in the Stars 1999 Stanley Cup win. He took on the role of GM for the Calgary Flames in 2000 and built a good portion of the team that went to the Stanley Cup Final in 2004. Every year hockey fans anticipate his ‘Craig’s List’ ranking the top prospects for the NHL draft. 


Dean Millard – Podcast Alley 

A veteran and well-known broadcaster throughout Canada, Dean Millard has been on a mic since the late 90’s. In television from Brandon to Red Deer to Regina and eventually Edmonton as part of the Global TV Sports department. He transitioned into radio in 2014 with TSN 1260 hosting Sports Night, as well as the Pre and Post Game Shows covering the Edmonton Oilers. Now as founder of Podcast Alley, Millard enters year 23 of his broadcasting career in a new and exciting medium.
